We are proud to recognize Lisa as Greenwood Village South’s Employee of the Month for September.

Lisa has been with Greenwood Village South for a little over a year, and during that time she has made a meaningful difference in our clinic. From the beginning, she brought organization, consistency, and stability to the department. She has worked hard to help create an environment that is welcoming, efficient, and dependable, and that effort is reflected in the day-to-day experience of both residents and team members.

What stands out most about Lisa, though, is the way she interacts with people.

Lisa consistently demonstrates our Hospitality Promises through the way she welcomes others, offers help, and follows through. Whether she is working with a resident, family member, coworker, or visitor, she is approachable, positive, and willing to step in where needed. She is someone the team can count on, and she takes pride in doing her part well.

Most importantly, Lisa makes our residents feel important. She takes the time to know them, listen to them, laugh with them, and make them feel comfortable and valued. Those everyday interactions may seem small, but they are exactly the kind of moments that shape how people experience GVS.

Lisa also takes pride in our community and in being part of the team. She cares about doing things the right way, supporting those around her, and helping the clinic run smoothly.

In just over a year, Lisa has helped bring greater consistency and organization to the clinic while also contributing to a welcoming environment for residents, families, and coworkers. She represents our Hospitality Promises in a very genuine and practical way.
