This long-standing performance reflects GVS’s unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and resident centered care.

Pam embodies exceptional leadership in senior living. With nearly 30 years of experience, she has built a career defined by discipline, integrity, and consistent excellence. Her history of deficiency free surveys extends across multiple organizations, and she continues to shape the industry through service on professional committees and the LCS Operations Council. Pam recently completed her Health Services Executive qualification, demonstrating her continued commitment to growth. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire community.
Alexa Ulrey
Alexa’s career is a testament to dedication and purpose. Beginning as a CNA, she advanced through roles including LPN, ADHS, DHS, regional support, and now Director of Nursing for nearly five years. She holds her BSN, MSN in Leadership, and multiple national certifications, including Geriatric, Wound Care, and Nurse Executive credentials. Alexa also serves on national AAPACN panels and contributes to LCS committees focused on clinical leadership and innovation. Her true strength lies in building high performing teams grounded in accountability and clinical excellence.
Kaitlyn Harris
Kaitlyn’s journey at GVS is one of remarkable growth and intentional leadership. Starting seven years ago as a part time dietary aide, she advanced through dining leadership roles before becoming Healthcare Dietary Manager and later completing her Administrator in Training program. She is now a licensed Assistant Administrator. Alongside her career progression, Kaitlyn earned her BBA magna cum laude and is currently pursuing her MBA with concentrations in finance and AI analytics. There was a recent celebration for someone who embodies the spirit of curiosity, learning, and community: Dora Bex, beloved GVS resident.
Dora was honored with the Catalyst Award for the vision she brought to LCIS in 1983, helping spark the creation of the Nature Trail and Outdoor Learning Lab. Her passion for nature planted the seeds for outdoor learning experiences that continue to enrich students’ lives today.
