PACS Partnership
PACS (Post-Acute Care Specialists) are a group of hospitalists that provide exceptional care in the Greenwood and south side Indianapolis area. PACS focuses on a quality transition from hospital to the post-hospital setting with an emphasis on patient experience and satisfaction. They work very closely with advanced practice providers and provide 24-hour coverage.
By partnering with PACS, The Village Pavilion is able to provide a high level of oversight previously unheard of in post-acute hospitalization care. PACS physicians regularly visit, monitor patients’ progress, and play a vital role in our successful outcomes.
Long Term Care
