Tip: GVS provides expanded basic cable in your residence. Free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi access is available in common areas. 

Tip: This may include lawn care, snow/leaf removal, repairs, pest control, and general upkeep. All maintenance is handled for you at GVS.

Tip: GVS provides bi-weekly housekeeping and weekly flat linen service.

Tip: At GVS, you can still have your car, but we do offer complimentary scheduled transportation—a great way to save money and the hassles of parking, etc.

Tip: At GVS, you’ll still buy your own groceries for meals at home, but we do offer a flexible meal plan that provides restaurant-style dining for you to enjoy whenever you would like.

Tip: Entertainment costs may include movies, concerts, classes, or hobby supplies. At GVS, many social events, classes, outings, and recreational programs are offered at no extra cost.

Tip: GVS offers a fully-equipped fitness center, exercise and nutrition programs, and a dedicated Health and Wellness team.

Tip: If not needed now, home care may become necessary in the future. GVS includes care services based on your needs and care level.
