  • Arrange seating accommodations, greet residents, guests, and staff.
  • Supervise physical appearance of dining room and waitress stations.
  • Schedule stations and work assignments for all dining room personnel.
  • Maintains resident attendance records, reservations, assists in computerized resident billing.
  • Assists with on the job training for dining room staff.

Caregiver - Part-Time

  • Perform domestic care services per Resident Service Plan.
  • Includes light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, companionship, personal transportation, etc.
  • Track and document services performed in timely fashion.

  • Assists with admission, transfer and discharge of residents as instructed by Charge Nurse.
  • Assist residents with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
  • Provide direct patient care as assigned by Charge Nurse.

  • Promptly communicate with Charge Nurse and leadership team with any changes in the resident’s condition.

What You Will Do?

  • Dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties.

Server (PT & FT)

Summary:The Server Person is responsible for table service in the Community dining rooms.

Full Job Description:

  • Sets tables and maintains work stations in proper order, moving in a timely manner.
  • Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously within proper time frames
  • Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service appropriately with a tray from the right side of the guest.
  • Answers pertinent questions about menu items. Prior knowledge is needed of menu items before taking an order.

Required Experience

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
  • Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
  • Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
  • Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.

  • Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition
  • Performs specific work duties as assigned by supervisor

Staff Nurse

Responsibilities

What You Will Do?

  • Perform professional nursing services including resident assessments, record vital signs, administer medications, etc.
  • Perform restorative and rehabilitative nursing for residents by communications and instructing in daily living activities.
  • Make rounds and tours on a regular basis.
  • Document written report and provide verbal report on unusual or abnormal observations, follow-up care, resident care plan revisions, etc.
  • Oversee nursing personnel to specific assigned jobs.
  • Communicate with resident, family, Health Center staff, and others as necessary.

Qualifications

What You Will Do?

  • Safely prepares, administers, and charts oral, topical & suppository drugs.
  • Clearly identifies resident with proper medication.
  • Checks and prepares each dose immediately proceeding administration.
  • Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, etc.
  • Promptly communicate with Charge Nurse and leadership team with any changes in the resident’s condition.

Qualifications

  • 40 hours of classroom & laboratory instruction for QMA requirements approved by Indiana State Board of Health.
  • Completion of supervised 20-hour practicum in administering medication in LT care facility.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 105 hours Certified Nursing Assistant Program as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health or equivalent as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health.
  • Requires having name placed on Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire as required by the Indiana State Board of Health. Must be in good standing and maintain certification throughout employment.
  • Requires having name placed on QMA Registry at time of hire as required by the Indiana State Board of Health. Must be in good standing and maintain certification throughout employment.
