Testimonials

First, all of the residents have been endearing. They all know her and address her by name which makers her feel good. The neighbors on her floor have been especially helpful with including her to dinner invitations and activities. Second, the variety of food preparation and quality has been extremely good in the cafe. Third and most importantly, has been the security and attention provided by your staff. I am personally relieved that I no longer wonder or worry about my mother's well being living alone. The intercom role call to each resident in the morning, the medical alarm necklace and the daily apartment visit from the nurse to ensure my mother takes her medication gives me confidence that my mother will not be lying alone for a long period of time if she were to have an accident. To quote the commercial-priceless.

I have been in my new home for 8 weeks now and am happy to say that everything is put away and decorating is progressing. I LOVE the cottage and have absolutely no regrets about my decision to move to Greenwood Village South.

Julie Shulz

I was so tired of home ownership that it was like a burden lifted off my shoulders when I moved here. I live in a cottage with my dog, Cooper, and now have time to pursue my interests in music and oil painting. I am also making many new friends. The staff is wonderful...and it is a relief to know that I will be taken of for the rest of my life, regardless of what stage of life I am in at the time.
